Designed & Built by Edward Priest in 1900, this house was in dire need of attention. We did extensive work on the interior.
Interior: using state-of-the-art gildwall plaster resurfacing system, repaired all plaster walls and ceilings; complete renovation of kitchen and second floor bath; historic renovation of first and third floor baths including claw foot tubs and pedestal sinks; replacement crown molding milled and installed to match original;
Removed, repaired, reglazed and reinstalled all windows;
